Every personal training program is different. – one size does not fit all! Depending on your goals, physical fitness level, interests, and your individual muscular imbalances your trainer will design a custom-fit program perfect for you.
Our focus is on Movement based exercise - The body is designed to move as a unit, not in isolation, and it needs to be trained that way. When training the body in isolation (typical strength training) you will develop strength that can only be duplicated in isolation and can eventually lead to injury. We design our programs to simulate your everyday activities and strengthen your body’s core, for over all improved health, fitness and injury prevention.

By age 74, more than ¼ of American men and 2/3 of American women can’t lift an object heavier than 10lbs. The good news is that these changes aren’t the normal consequence of aging. They are a result of not using your muscles. As they say “use it or lose it” The good news- strength is one of the easiest physical abilities to retain as you get older. We focus your program on functional and core strength, flexibility, and balance.
